DESIGNING IN LAKE COUNTRY
We serve Lake Country from our Kelowna studio, a short drive away. Lake Country properties range from lake view lots to acreages, and some sit in or near the Agricultural Land Reserve, which affects what and where you can build.
We design to the District of Lake Country's zoning and permit requirements, confirmed for your lot at the start of the project.
See our completed projects for examples of our work on rural and lakeside properties in the Okanagan.

Common questions
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Does the Agricultural Land Reserve affect my plans?
It can. ALR properties have restrictions on use and on dwelling size and placement. We check the rules for your lot early.
