Shows the lot, the building location, setbacks, driveway and servicing.
FLOOR PLANS
Show walls, rooms, doors, windows, stairs and dimensions on each level.
ELEVATIONS
Show the exterior from each side, including heights, rooflines, windows and materials.
SECTIONS AND DETAILS
Cut through the building to show floors, walls, roof assemblies and key construction details.
STRUCTURE AND BRACING
Framing, beams, posts, foundation and the lateral bracing layout that resists wind and earthquake forces.
SCHEDULES AND NOTES
Doors, windows, finishes and general notes, plus the energy compliance information your municipality requires.
