GET TO KNOW THE ZIOLA PROCESS
Ziola Design has developed a complete care residential plan design process designed to involve the client at every step of the way. Our plan design and rendering services depend on effective communication and collaboration. To begin, we gather information to get an idea what you are looking for.
Communicating throughout the design phase, capturing 3D perspectives, and reviewing the plan thoroughly together will ensure that you will be happy with the final product. Our goal is for you to enter the construction phase confidently. Our highly experienced team uses the following process in order to execute your residential design project requirements:
Step 1/
Information
Starting with sending us as many pictures, sketches, design boards you have. Provide your location or where you plan to build. Please include your contacts, where we can get in touch and what times are best for us to reach you throughout the design phase.
Step 2/
Face-to-Face Meeting
It is important to discuss the many different aspects you will be wanting in your custom home, the best way is to meet together and focus on the details. For remote projects we can link on Skype or Facetime.
Step 3/
Proposal
Once we have a clear idea of what your vision is, and if we are a good fit for you. We continue with a proposal where we outline timelines and expectations, you will receive the proposal via e-mail within (5) business days of our meeting.
Step 4/
Design Phase
After reviewing and approving the proposal we start the journey. Depending on the scale of project and your building timelines, we are able to work with your schedule and able to deliver first draft preliminary drawings within (3) business days.
Step 5/
Completed Plans
When you are satisfied with the finished plans that are ready to submit for permit, the documents will be reviewed by municipal authorities and then you get to start construction. At this point we look forward to you sending us photos!
