Once that vision is clear, we put together a detailed proposal covering scope, expectations, and cost, and once you approve it, we move into the design phase and begin developing your concept plans. When you’re happy with the concept, we complete the full working drawings and prepare everything for submission for your building permit, so you walk away with permit ready plans built around what you actually wanted from the start.
