DESIGNING IN KELOWNA
Ziola Design is based in Kelowna, at Suite 1100, 1631 Dickson Ave. We design custom homes, additions, duplexes and laneway or carriage houses for Kelowna properties, including lakefront lots, hillside sites and infill lots.
Kelowna projects follow the City of Kelowna Zoning Bylaw and its building permit process, and the B.C. Building Code including its energy requirements. Rules and fees change, so we confirm the current requirements for each lot at the start of the project.
Our Kelowna projects include the Raymer duplexes in the Lower Mission, the Manhattan lakefront restoration and the 652 Deans Ct home.
