MANHATTAN
An extensive lakefront renovation of a home built in the early 1900s, redesigned within the existing footprint with age in place living in mind.

The design
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This extensive lakefront renovation transformed a home originally built in the early 1900s. The project had stalled after an earlier build ran into trouble, and our team developed a plan that preserved the original vision while working around the setbacks.
The redesign adds an elevator for age in place living and was drawn within the existing footprint to protect the prime waterfront location.
