DESIGNING IN OLIVER
Ziola Design has designed two large homes in Oliver for Crossland Construction: the 6,428 sq. ft. Bettison residence and the 6,308 sq. ft. Bettison II. Both sit on orchard land within the Agricultural Land Reserve, which called for careful navigation of the zoning restrictions.
We also serve Osoyoos and the surrounding South Okanagan from our Kelowna studio. Zoning and permit requirements are set by the Town of Oliver or the regional district and are confirmed for your lot at the start of the project.
