This residence occupies a rural property on the outskirts of Oliver, surrounded by orchard land and framed by the natural beauty of the South Okanagan.
A great room with soaring 20 foot ceilings is the central hub of the 6,308 sq. ft. plan. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom, supporting multigenerational living with balance, privacy and comfort. The property sits within the Agricultural Land Reserve, which called for careful navigation of the zoning restrictions.
