ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This modern duplex on Apple Way Blvd in West Kelowna provides two matching homes of 2,353 sq. ft. each. Duplex design is a balance of density, privacy and buildability: shared walls, separate entries, parking and fire separations all have to work together and still feel like two homes.
